As mothers, we spend so much time taking care of our loved ones and so little time taking care of ourselves! Here are a few tips for the busy mom:
*Remove all your make up before you go to bed. Wash your face twice daily to get the make up off and to give your skin a moment to breath.
*Use a facial mask on a regular basis or even everyday. You can even make one at home: mash up some banana or avocado and slosh it on. You could even dish out some yogurt and use it.
*To keep skin baby soft use a good body scrub like Honey Brown Sugar Scrub by Delicious Retreats (http://www.deliciousretreats.com/) at least once a week. Believe me you will love the skin you are in!
*Keep your skin moisturized all throughout the day. Simply, fill a spray bottle with distilled water and add a tinge of rose essential oil and a tiny bit of vitamine E oil, shake a bit and then spray on! You can even use this on top of make up!
*For good skin, keep the stress at bay! If you have, it’s going to show everywhere! Take time off to do something you love, EVERYDAY. Your face is the index of your mind, so show it some love!
